"The receptionists at this practice are not only the most unprofessional and useless women I have had the displeasure of communicating with they are awful at their jobs and I have never come across such unapproachable,rude people in all of my life. Imagine trying to get an emergency appointment and having some bitter nasty woman ARGUE with me about it and then go on to tell me they only take check up appointments over the phone WHILST BEING ON THE PHONE. I remember saying to Lisa before she left that something needed to be done with those entitled old women and it definitely still stands. Having these people as the 'face' of the practice is an actual joke"
