"I have been going to Kim for around 4.5 years to have eyebrow and eyelash tints, and more recently the most amazing facials. I experience a lot of tension headaches and Kim's facial massages work wonders to help me relax as well as making my skin lovely and soft. I started visiting Haylee after lockdown and won't go anywhere else in Coventry now. She cuts my hair so well (and I'm a fussy beggar) and when it grows (quickly) it always stays a nice shape. I've had loads of compliments from people but I always pass it Haylee's way as she's the one doing the work! Just as important as their wealth of experience and high standard of the hair styling and therapy sessions is the service. They are both so lovely, funny and really care about their customers. I understand they are increasing prices slightly - I've been saying all the time I've visited the Hideout that they should charge more for the excellent service they offer!"
