Dr Hedges is wonderful with me, very patient and understanding and explains everything in terms I can understand. Unfortunately, I’ve had some issues with appointments - one was cancelled without me knowing because the staff thought I was someone else, and then when I needed to reschedule one due to a bereavement and being out of the country, they weren’t happy about it but still rescheduled. It’s only small but thought it was worth mentioning. I won’t be switching dentist as Dr Hedges and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, and I really recommend them."
