"Customer service is terrible, stood at the counter for 5 minutes just totally ignored by everyone going about their normal day. This isn't the first time this has happened in the Huddersfield store particularly near closing time. It will however be the last time it happens to me as I won't be going back."

Each time I’ve come to store over last couple of years people behind counter (Paul, Andy and people in the building yard) have had an understanding, empathetic approach - and have been helpful.
