"Ridiculous firm, ordered with a guaranteed delivery date, 3 weeks later no goods arrived. Kept being thrown from pillar to post with numerous excuses, ended up cancelling my order, waited 5 working days for refund still nothing. Rang customer services and was told there is a BACKLOG with returns and cancelled orders so will be processed within the next 3-5 working days. Will never use again. Although, i dont blame the staff at this particular branch, they were as helpful as could be. Just the firm in general is a shambles."
