"David Whitworth has been our family solicitor for over 10 years and dealt with my mother's estate. He has given us timely and helpful advice. In my family's dealings with him, David has demonstrated himself to be professional, approachable, conscientious and quick to respond to queries. I thoroughly recommend his services."
"We have known David professionally for many years and have entrusted him with the preparation of both our wills and trusts, having come highly recommended to us. He has also provided services for friends and members of our families, all of whom have all been delighted with his service. He is held in high esteem within his profession and the wider business community in Bath. We continue to recommend him on a regular basis and he is our ‘go to’ lawyer in personal legal matters. He is always efficient, responsive and empathetic offering considered and balanced guidance. We hold him in high regard and have no hesitation in fully endorsing his services."
"David has looked after our family’s legal needs for the past 10+ years and we continue to go to him as needed today. He is incredibly responsive, diligent and we always confidence that he will give us fair, unbiased and straightforward advice. Would recommend 100%"
"He acted as the administrator for my mother's estate, the 1st thing he did was to appoint His college and friends at Stone King where he was a partner to act on his behalf at double the cost. Initial estimate was £15000-£18000 for complete administration, after over 2 years and opening his own Whitworth -Law firm the administration is still going on at nearly £30000 up to now with a charge of nearly £15000 for selling a 1 bed flat under £430,000. David can not understand court orders or legal terms, again needs advise from his college and friends at extortionate price, if you complain to him he gets his other solicitors to respond on his behalf again at extortionate price, I felt like teaching my grandma how to eat eggs. If you have to use him make sure you sign fixed terms/cost, if you don't your case will go for ever and you will be left with pennies."
"Unfortunately, we were appointed David Whitworth by court to deal with my grandmothers estate. Was working for a company Stone King then half way decided to stat his own law firm. What a disastrous solicitor, totally incompetent 4 years after the appointment, still nothing has been done just sucking money out of the estate in fees."
