"I phoned Avocet this morning. I wanted a Euro Lock barrel thumbturn 45 / 55, high security. I spoke to a lad in sales who said I could order one via their website. I said that I wanted to collect. He asked how far I would have to travel - about 30 miles. He said he would try to locate one nearer my home, but if that failed he would arrange for me to order via the website and speak to the warehouse, so that I could collect. He said he would ring around to try to source a local one for me and ring me back. As it turned out, I was lucky enough to find a relatively local supplier. As such, I did not do business with Avocet, but I was very impressed by their professionalism and excellent customer service."
