"I arranged for an amendment to my will. At first all went well. But then weeks passed without sign of a draft will. Emails were ignored. I finally got a response after making a complaint and a draft will was sent to me. This contained a howling error, saying that I am single and that the will would be revoked if I marry. In the same paragraph it mentions my wife! I am indeed married. I raised this concern and two weeks later still no response. I have lost all faith in them if they can't get the basics right.
