"I purchased a firewood storage shed that was on display and paid the agreed price in full. Agreed with next-day delivery too. A couple of hours later, I received a phone call stating that it was an error as this storage was already sold to another customer a couple of months ago, who allegedly paid some deposit. Now, this customer wants to get the item delivered. The guy over the phone said he hoped the other customer had already forgotten about it. They issued a refund and an apology, but no replacement or alternative was offered. I am very disappointed with how they handled it."

"Fencing Construction to Perimeter of Garden. Steve from Bingley Fencing visited my property to measure up and discuss my requirements for design/fitting of a bespoke fence to bordering my garden perimeter. The quote was within expectations. Visited Bingley Fencing's yard to take a look at the woods they were proposing to use in the construction. Carl showed me the wood and explained how the fence would be constructed, treatment protections and warranties. Paid my deposit and waited my turn for the construction to start. Had a follow up visit in the meantime from Steve to confirm on the ideas. Finally a Team of three descended on my garden, where the fencing was constructed within the day. Very polite and courteous Team, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them; checking in with me throughout the construction to ensure expectations where being met. Very pleased with the result; workmanship, materials, and communications. Will be looking to Bingley Fencing to carry out further work at my property in the near future. Would recommend."
