"This was my first visit to this horrendous garage for them to put my bulb back into my headlight as it came out. I was told by the mechanic "it's a difficult job and not quick". I was told to wait in their waiting room but I didn't and stood just outside by my car for him to complete it in under 2 minutes. The money he charged me I was told beforehand but only agreed as I thought it would take time as any other places wouldn't even charge for it... Update: I visited again 2 days later for the headlight covers to be put on as he told me he would do it for me for free. I was told the mechanic was not here at 4:30pm and they close at 6:30pm. They also had many cars inside looking like they were being worked on. I said to him which I believe is the owner cant you do it for me please as he walked away in his office and shut the door. I am disgusted at the service I have recieved. I will not recommend this garage to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!"
"Wow, probably the best experience I have ever had at a garage. Made me feel reassured and at ease throughout the entire process. I was already stressed from my car taking a bad knock in the morning, but these guys incredibly went above and beyond to ensure my car would be functional again. INCLUDING Staying AFTER HOURS to ensure the work would be done at no extra charge. Amazing honestly. As someone with little to no experience in the motor industry, it's easy to get taken advantage of by mechanics. But not these guys. They identified and explained all the issues and the steps they would take to not only fix, but to improve my vehicle. Zana, the owner. Absolute gentleman, has a very vast and strong knowledge of motor vehicles and was professional at all times. It will be my pleasure to keep coming back for the duration i'm staying in Cardiff."
