"Bought a car to find that there are issues to solve. Took it to Halfords first for a free safety check - very inaccurate diagnosis. Half of the issues listed were not right. Took the car for service to B&A - absolutely stunning! Detected the issues that need to be looked at straight away and checked every bit of the car. We arranged a day when we can bring it in to get the work done - only took three hours considering the fact that it was very hard work. Customer service needs no comments - he calls us by our name. Very polite, very communicative, very honest. Today the final issue was fixed - they went the extra mile to find the part that was almost impossible to find and still charged a good price. Our car has no more issues and we are very grateful to Ben and Ahmed for the amazing work they have done for our little love. She was a headache but they managed to fix her! Would not take our car elsewhere - highly recommend!"
