"I had an appointment at 3pm with a Polish lady. I believe her name was Agnieszka. After 15 minutes of waiting outside the salon I have texted her to inform that I am there as I wasn't sure if she's maybe finishing another client. In response I've got "I am on my way, picking up kids from school''. No apology, whatsoever. 20 minutes later she's still not there. At this point I have decided to leave. I cannot rate the service as I didn't get any but the way I was treated with a total lack of respect for my time is absolutely appalling. The least I can say - very unprofessional behaviour an no one who is willing to pay their hard earned money for any service should be treated this way."
"I am not making a comment on the business but one of the staff that works there. Her name is Stella Newson and I replied to her adverts on Facebook as I believe she rents a chair at this salon and advertises for her appointments. I was asked to add her as friend on Facebook and booked the appointment with her and I visited the euro style shop on Hinckley Road. I was very pleased with my hair so I booked another appointment approximately 6 weeks later. This time Stella agreed to come to my property to do my hair. She cancelled at the very last minute because of being ill so thought nothing of it and re-booked for the following Friday only be to be let down again and not even s message to tell me she wasn't turning up, I then went to send her a message on Facebook and she had blocked me. To say I was angry is an understatement. It felt very personal and my hair was in need of being coloured and was going out on that weekend and had to go out with bad hair. I hope that euro style owner will see this review as its not giving a good image for her salon. STELLA NEWSON not a reliable hairdresser and very underhand."
