"Totally wasted my money using this garage my van went in for its annual Mot and was told I would need a New DPF unit as my other one was no good well it’s not 2 months down the line and it’s failed. The attitude of the staff there is very poor and argumentative they don’t give customer satisfaction only do poor work. Not even worth the 1 star."

No other garage operates quite like this, even if uncertain they can give you some kind of expectation of when they will finish (at least following diagnosis). "Booked car for mot. Checked lights before I took it into the garage were working fine. Got back from mot was told side lights weren't working and that I had a break system leak. Possibly needed a new servo pump. After reading other reviews didn't feel comfortable going back, so booked into another garage and was told that other than lights there was no leak at all. The light clips had been bent leaving the bulb loose and there was no break leak at all. Other than the friendly staff I couldn't recommend, as I could have been facing a charge of £500+ that was totally unnecessary."

"Hello, September 15, 2022, in the morning I had an appointment at your car service MOT unit 13a, Ipswich Road Cardiff, CF23 9AQ.
