"Had heater issue with my 2016 golf gtd. Guys sorted vehicle out with new heater matrix and all tested and engine flushed. Very impressed with their work and price as the dealers are a rip off and haven't a idea after I informed them of the issue. Will be using CIVS as my regular garage for my vehicle.The guys are great and explained any questions I asked."
"We would recommend this garage to anyone. Richard was amazing at knowing what was needed and how long it would take. We had to have a heater Matrix changed and also a Cam Belt. He fitted us in straight after the Christmas/New Year holiday. The car was finished exactly when he said it would be. They are amazing to deal with and would certainly use them for everything in future for our VW Golf. They are also considerably cheaper than the local VW dealer although they still use VW parts for the repairs!! For a good repair, done on time with pleasant people who know what they are doing this is certainly the place to go."
"The owner Richard is an awesome, genuine, caring honest guy , the mechanics he has working for him are exactly the same and all are amazing at their jobs…. I own an s3 and am really cautions on where my vehicle has the work done as I’m so so fussy on who works on it! I feel completely comfortable leaving my car with the boys and I know my car is in the best hands In South Wales when it’s with civs I cannot stress enough how good they are and how honest and the prices are excellent….. especially for the service you get ….. I know my car has been done to the highest standard you can expect! If I need work done on my car I’ll wait until they can fit me in even that’s means me not driving my pride and joy for a while .
