"I recently visited this car wash and overall, I was satisfied with the efficiency and quality of the car cleaning. The prices were reasonable and I felt that my car was left looking much cleaner than when I arrived. However, my overall experience was marred by some of the staff's attitude. While most of the staff were friendly and professional, a few of them appeared to be rude and dismissive towards customers. They did not seem to be interested in providing good customer service and seemed unapproachable. This attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. In summary, the car wash does a good job cleaning cars at reasonable prices, but the poor customer service from some of the staff takes away from the overall experience. I would still recommend the car wash for the cleaning aspect but be aware of the poor customer service from some of the staff."
"DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! I bought a car in April from here which instantly had problems and I tried to take it back after a month and was told that it only had “1 month warranty” which I was never told and after 8 months of having it it is now completely unrepairable and unfixable and I cant afford to buy a new car after putting all my savings into trying to fix it. Really really do not recommend."
"It was fine until the guy, who seemed to be the boss, came over and tried to up the price because, in his opinion, the inside of the car was "very bad". It wasn't, by the way, if you're vacuuming the interior of a car it would still pick up the bits on the carpet. When I got home the actual wash wasn't that good either, there's was still dirt around the window seals and the door rims weren't touched at all, unless they're classed as "interior". Oh well, lesson learnt I suppose, I'll go back to my regular guy who, even though the prices have gone up a bit, does a much more thorough job."
