"I signed up to this practice and got given an appointment which was suitable. I then rang the practice ahead of this in a considerable amount of pain and asked if this appointment could be brought forward to which I got given an appointment the Friday of that week (the week before my initial appointment) I turned up to this appointment to get told that they had made an error and put me down for the following week which was of no use to me as I needed to be seen. I had no apology no advice of any other way to get an emergency appointment and the receptionist was disgustingly rude and just stated that "there is nothing I can do about it". As this was meant to be my first appointment with the practice I am not impressed in the slightest. I Do Not under any circumstances advise anyone to attend this practice. Absolutely disgusting 'customer service' if that is what you can call it."
