"After needing two tyres and tracking done today , went to Pontypool branch , thankfully did job only to find out when returning home two out of four wheel trims were missing . Contacted Mark immediately who told me they really should be cable tied on ! Explained that he or his apprentice didn’t attach wheel trims properly! My wheel trims were black metal , not cheap plastic ones that I was given as a goodwill gesture!! This was not my fault and didn’t appreciate being told Mark would buy these for me out of his own pocket £36 !!! Utter rubbish , £15/20 tops . Will ever use again !! Apology for his negligence would have been appreciated. Shocking is a very polite response for myself!!"
