"Dreadful experience. Went today to collect a new bike. Watched two employees drag the box from the back to the front of the store. On inspection, the forks were badly scratched where the box had worn through. Staff unfriendly, unhelpful, and to quote, “cycle to work isn’t worth the hassle”. On top of this they try to upsell bike care, when they can’t be trusted to present a new boxed bike for collection. Replacement ordered, so hopefully will have a bike to collect at some point. !!Please, don’t reply with your boilerplate response and useless support link!!"
