"Point blank refused to try to accommodate my own availability - not only do I work away, my job is as a singer…I cannot sing after having a procedure for at least a week for obvious reasons, as recommended by my own dentist. Receptionist literally said she was happy for me to suffer well into the new year. Have reported to my own dentist too, who provided the referral. Receptionist should probably look at an alternative job that isn’t customer service based - if I spoke to clients like that, I wouldn’t have a business left. If I could give zero stars, I would."
