"Possibly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, they do not respond to emails, they do not listen to a word you say, they took 6 moths to sort out a small brake issue and prep for an MOT, , and that has still isn't sorted, Billed my for number plates that were never given to me and charged £20 for a £6 relay, I told them time and time again that if they needed parts to contact me, the van came back with oil and dirt all over the cab area, clearly not been covered, I was recommended them buy a friend, I thought i would be in safe hands with the company being family owned, quite the opposite, I wouldn't recommend then to anyone : ("
"got quoted a price, which I've agreed to, I've asked whether it is possible to split the bill and pay in instalments, to which the owner replied with a "yes", this was the only reason why I chose MN commercials over other mechanics. After the job was done I got informed about the VAT which was an extra 70£ which I was not aware of, if I was I would get my car fixed somewhere else, on top of that, I got told that they are unable to split my bill and I have to pay it all at once in order to get my keys. I have basically been deceived just so they can make some money, just pathetic, there are much better and cheaper places to fix your car in Leicester."
