"Appalling, lied persistently about recovery time estimates just to 'get the job'. This company was sent through my RAC membership. Originally advised 30mins, then 1hr later I chased and was told will be just 20 mins, then another hour later I phoned and was advised 15mins. In total I waited over 3 hours for them on the motorway hard shoulder with nowhere safe to stand and in the rain/wind. PGSS advised driver was lost, then stuck in bad traffic - which were both lies. When the driver arrived he said he was only sent the job 20mins before! Constant lies from PGSS. They are based less 5 miles from where I had broken down. I have made a detailed formal complaint to the RAC about Potters Green Service Station and suggest anyone else who has this same experience does the same in the hope that they will remove them from their list of recovery services. Shame on you Potters Green Service Station."
