"I have encountered their service indirectly. As they (fortunately) were not my solicitor, but the seller s solicitor. However, although my solicitor, as a purchaser, was very fast, prompt, professional, excellent in one word, the seller solicitor at Wards was absolutely... awful. Very slow, communication was almost non existing, in rare occasions when they decided to give an update, this wasn’t always accurate and not always based on a discussion they had to their client, more an opinion on what the client might desire. I am glad is all finished now, but I would not recommend Wards solicitors as house purchase/sell representation. Just based on my experience."
