"They returned a car to us that hadn't been properly fixed! As soon as we got in the car, the noises and rattling we could hear, just wasn't right, but they were adamant the car was fine. We took it to another garage, and within 30mins they found the issue. So this garage eventually took the car back, and surprise surprise... 3 things needed doing, that apparently It didn't need before!?!? Now ever since I mentioned how unhappy we are, and are wanting to put a complaint through our insurance providers who chose this garage, they've been extremely unhelpful, and now they're trying to charge us for damage on a courtesy car, that we didn't cause. Avoid at all costs!!!"
