"If we could give zero stars, that's what we would give. The first time we went to the store and was looking at some rings, even though Jemma was serving us Florentina came out to where we were, checked the trays that we had looked at and asked Jemma about the rings. Jemma replied "They're in my hand". These were the two rings which we purchased. Florentina who is the so called manager made a big fuss over a jewellery box despite the fact we spent £812 to be precise. This is dreadful customer service to be asking a customer to pay for a £3 jewellery box. It's not about the money, it's about what is morally correct. However, Jemma is an asset to H&T - she has the qualities of a managerial role. She is very courteous, and shows this by how she deals with all different cultures which come into the branch and not stereotyping individuals."

"I visited the shop yesterday to collect my gold which i pawn a couple of months ago and was worth £1000. I had a bad experience with the staff. I find the staff very rude, disrespectfull, incompetent and unprofessional. After I paid £1, 298 to collect my product, the lady brought it out of the box, after checking it I noticed that she had already taken the jewellery box away. I called her attention to the fact that the jewellery box was mine and that I brought in with my gold. she started arguing with me that the box belonged to them and later realised that the jewellery box was mine and she gave it back to me and walked away. I called her back and demanded an apology but she refused to apologise. Her manager was also sitting in the background and did not say a word. I will never go there again. I will attend other shops where staff are more respectful and professional."
