"I went to Arte for a cut and blow dry and to reshape my hair as it didn't sit right when wearing my hair down, the stylist Linzi was really good and cut it exactly how I wanted it and my hair is looking and feeling good and I'm able to wear it down now, Linzi also gave me advice on how to lighten my hair without bleaching and damaging it, I am so happy with the service I received and my hair style, would definitely recommend, I will be returning , "thank you Linzi, I love my hair, you did a superb job'"
"Went to Arte few months back as I wanted to change my black hair to a lighter colour. The stylist took a strand test but advised that they couldn't strip my hair due to the result of my strand test. I have since lightened my hair to a warm brown colour which is what I wanted. I have done this myself with bleach and it has lifted with no breakage and without damage to my existing hair. It is on this basis that I have decided to review this salon, giving 1star review. Any professional stylist in my opinion scared to touch black hair is not qualified to a high standard. Unsure why I was able to lighten my hair and they were unable to."
