"Garage owner (Ricky) and his assistant (whatever you prefer to call yourself) are one of the dodgiest persons I have ever come across. Absolutely no sense or whatsoever of how to deal with a customer. They will completely ignore you when you try to put your argument in front of them. Especially when you want to know what you are being charged for when no work has been done to your vehicle and the issue is still there. Avoid this place [P.S. And I like to teach a lesson to people like you, who take advantage of people like us who fell into your trap by you just being a bit nicer in the beginning. "Shocking experience, never again. Communication skills very poor. Check your mileage before you hand it in, my car was driven 70 miles without my permission, apparently they needed to drive it to check if abs light went off at all even though I'd told them it was on permanently and that wasn't the only problem with them. Smoked in my car leaving evidence as well as smell. Disrespectful is an understatement. Apologies were made but they didn't come as sincere, so needless to say I won't be going ever again or recommending DEFINITELY THE RIGHT GARAGE, YOU APPARENTLY NEEDED TO USE YOUR OTHER GARAGE UNLESS THAT WAS A LIE AND I DIDN'T HAVE THE WORK DONE I PAID FOR"
