"I would most definitely recommend Wayhome! For anyone who is looking to buy a home and haven't been able to borrow a decent amount on a mortgage even with good wages, then this is a great alternative. The whole concept of being able to buy into a home you like in an area you like based on what you can afford rather than what you can borrow is a great idea. Another great thing about Wayhome is they take almost all of the hassle out of the process once you've made an offer on a property. My only reason for not giving the full 5 stars is simple, there's always room for improvement. Not every home has the correct rateable value return for the investors, which means there are homes they simply can't invest in. That can be a bit frustrating when looking for homes, particularly when booking viewings and finding out after you have viewed possibly even made an offer, to find out the investors are unable to invest in that property. Perhaps some clearer guidelines to help avoid that. All in all though a great idea that helps you own a home in an affordable way and helped me get on the property ladder."
