"Been on hold for over half an hour 3 days in row on my lunch breaks but no answer. Will have to pop in which i am dreading due to the last time I visited the practice the keyholder reception staff member (who turned up after 9am and let the large group of people waiting outside in - my appointment was at 9) was incredibly rude, tried to charge me for services i had already paid for and spoke over me when I tried to explain this. Disappointed after how good Leeds is! I feel so sorry for the other hard working staff who were all fantastic let down by this person and the phones been ignored!"

"I have been a patient at this practise for around 30 years in its various guises. Having phoned numerous times over the past few years for a check up and being told we aren't seeing people for check ups because of covid, we will contact you when you can come for a check up. I phoned again today despite not hearing anything (thinking surely they will now see me) only to be refused as they have decided to remove me as a patient because I have not been to see them for 3 years. How ridiculous! They did say that they sent a letter to inform me although the rest of their communication had always been by email and text. I have never received a letter. So they obviously weren't making enough money from me anymore so let's get rid. Pure greed."

"Fantastic Service. The dentist was great, really caring and a good job done. I am an NHS patient, so this service is not based on the cost of the treatment. All the staff are really friendly and accommodating. There is a bit of a wait to get through on the phone but it is a busy practice. Highly recommended."

"The vibe here is different now it's transferred from Clare Road, feels like a corporate money making franchise. I was in the chair less the 2mins before I was told I need a filling, my old dentist hadn't moved to my dentist so I have been assigned a new one. I agreed but will be monitoring advice on my next check up before agreeing to anymore treatment. I experienced the same issues with booking an appointment, took me a good few attempts, the staff are friendly. If it wasn't such a struggle to sign up to a different dentist I would move."
