"After having a 'not so good' short term dentist who was never on time, the lovely Kinneri has arrived. Her seatside manner is lovely, she's very informative and removed my wisdom tooth. Granted it was a bit traumatic, which tooth removal isn't? But she did it and mopped my brow afterwards and my tears. She maybe newly qualified but she is ultra professional and very friendly, putting me at ease instantly. Don't be put off by dentists ask for Kinneri!"
"Wish I had good news but alas I've been Treated like a muppet & Took a chunk out of my front bottom tooth mays al ajeel even said dnt do fillings for top teeth w out even looking I suffer w anxiety&depression I aint stupid so all BS I just let slide as I hate confrontation I'm in agony & fear of losing a tooth now I spoke to manager few months before this as I knew I was being mistreated shame as anna crossley was Fantastic& took great pride but she just mocked me & said nobody else complained then cos I wouldn't go back to see the dentist who did this kicked me off & charged me for incomplete work yeah I rang nhs & luckily health watch was only genuine people who helped me and spoke to dentist for me there's no repercussions for the dentist they just giggle laugh at others misery Thomas Rooke."
