"I arrived for my appointment on 09/03/23 and was asked to pay upfront for my treatment by a lady called ‘Jan’ I believe. This was very odd to me as I had never been asked to do this before. I agreed to pay before I had gotten my treatment. When I went into the dental room I asked whether that was now normal to pay upfront which they replied they’ve had a few people walk out without paying which was fair enough. However when I went back down for a copy of my receipt I asked a different receptionist whether this was normal to which she first replied ‘no’ and then quickly changed her answer to it’s a ‘new policy’. This was surprising to me as there were two people that were waiting with me in the reception area and they came out the same time as me and were paying AFTER their appointment. It is clear that this isn’t a new policy and if it is they are clearly choosing who pays upfront. There is clearly some sort of discrimination, I’m not sure whether it was based on the way I was dressed or the colour of my skin. Whichever it is, it is unacceptable and extremely rude. On the other hand, the dentist and dental assistant were very good and explained everything thoroughly. If this review was based solely on them it would be 5 stars."

"One of the worst dental place to go is THIS. They have charged me £343 and left me botched.I was dieing with the pain they give me from the service they offered me. I’ll say the BUPA surgery has extremely un experience Staff and doctors. I will advise all you people please don’t go there for your safety. The only thing I can say about this place is shittt. THINK BEFORE YOU GO THIRE. may god have mercy whoever visited this place"

"I joined last year and the work I had done was absolutely brilliant and I tried to sign up to the dental Plan since May it’s now December. Since Alex has left I’ve called several times to get signed up to the dental Plan which has jumped from the original quoted £13 to £21 when I asked for the new quote it expired before I got a chance to sign up to it leaving me in doubt as to if this dental clinic is for me. Poor customer service."

"Sadly this practice only cares about private patients now! Despite being a patient since childhood they refused to see my son and claimed his appointment was 12.10 and he’s missed it. Even though he’d booked for 12.30! Then when he asked to change his address they told him he can’t be seen as NHS and will only be seen private! They’re only interested in your money now that’s all not patient care or respect. Receptionists with so much attitude and rudeness towards patients. Will take our business elsewhere"
