"Really friendly and welcoming staff which was really nice as it was the first time we have ever been here. We had a drink and a lite bite, food was nice, I had a ham and tomato batch and I have to say it was loaded with about 4 thick hand carved slices of ham ...wow and some chips. My partner had a fish finger sandwich which he enjoyed....thanks for a pleasant experience."

"I was in Coventry overnight and wanted a meal. I tried the Festival. Managed to get there despite the sat nav in my car not understanding the road works plaguing the area. Had the Cod and chips. Very good indeed. Decent portion, good quality fish, and excellent batter, that remained crisp, and not greasy, recommended. I didn't try the proper beer because I was in my car. Just a bottle of zero alcohol. Friendly service."
