"I have had to take the Cossus to court to try to get my vehicle back. They offered to sell it on my behalf for a fee, however they sold the vehicle and never paid me a penny - they kept all the money ! this was two years ago now and i am still fighting in court after they keep closing companies to avoid payment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!"
"Purchased a Jaguar from this company and had it delivered on arrival the MOT certificate was not with the paperwork. So I rang to ask them to send it on(the car had been mot,ed by them at point of sell) A week went by no certificate arrived so rang again same thing said it would be sent,another week no certificate, I told them I thought something dodgy was going on why can they not send it to me , they got ratty then I believe the car never went to the MOT garage and was done over the phone and for some reason they did not get the certificate l Even after I said I would inform DVSA DVSA Vosa still no certificate So be very careful about dealing with this company definitely dodgy and stressful to deal with"
"Hi. I've ordered some parts for a Jaguar, bill number 1149, on the 24th of june, paid £275 over the phone. Still haven't received anything from them. No reply to our emails. They don t pick up the phone. They deleted our comments on their page on Facebook. They are totally wrong. Avoid them. Report them."
"Will never deal with this place ever again. Bought and paid for a jaguare TCM module on the 6th of april 2020 did not recieve it . After messages i now have been told to prove that i have NOT recieved it ? Com men springs to mind"
"Paid £140 for a towbar for my s-type, received it a week late and missing the brackets to attach to my car, was messed around for 3 months before getting ignored altogether for a further 3 months, had to resort to posting on Facebook to get any response from them. Still waiting on an email with return information on it. Attitude on the phone was dreadful. I would never deal with them again."
