"Absolutely ridiculous service. Booked my car in for an alloy repair and they even took a £20 deposit to make sure I turned up. Was told to be there for 8:30 and I did and the shop wasn’t even open so I waited 15 minutes. When the shop finally opened the boy had no idea I was booked in and who I was booked in by knew he wouldn’t be in to do the repair and STILL took the deposit. Never ever have I received this kind of service from a well developed business. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and would never recommend this establishment to anyone!!"
