"Went lunch time Wednesday school holidays. No tables available when we got there so asked to wait in the bar area. Only waited a few seconds & waitress came & said table was ready. Lovely meal, 2 of us had a carvery, loads of food & it was hot. 1 ordered a burger, offers on each day & today was any burger for £8.99. It was made without certain salad on & mayo at side & there were no mistakes, my daughter said the burger was really nice. Place was clean & waitress was wiping surfaces all the time. Friendly staff. Our server was Shannon & nothing was to much trouble, she was lovely. Definitely recommend Walsgrave."

"I visited here last night, with my nan and 2 children. The staff were lovely and friendly, couldn't help us enough. I appreciate that they took the time out to chat to us, and be so helpful to move us to a different tables when we was unhappy with our seating, They were so understanding. Both of us adults had a carvery and it was delicious & hit the spot. The kids really enjoyed their food also. Thankyou for a lovely, friendly service and we will be back."

"Great carvery in the week. Can get a bit busy, and tip: the regular carvery is too big unless your starving. Try the small. Regularly there. Ask for Carol, she’s the one who is always happy. Nice layout and comfortable surroundings. Careful of the carpark entrance and exit onto the road."

"I go for breakfast with my dad and children occasionally and the staff have always been really friendly and helpful and the place is always clean. The food is lovely and there's a decent choice breakfast items on offer. Child friendly and for the most part, it's pushchair and wheelchair friendly (only a small section with a couple of stairs). Ample free parking available and fairly well priced"

"I went to this venue as it was recommended for good pub grub but I wasn't over-awed. The Mac n Cheese was £7.50 and wasn't very big, it was actually quite small for the price. The panko calamari was dry and overcooked. It was... OK, white sauce was lumpy so it wasn't great. My partner enjoyed his carvery though, clearly more time and money goes on this than other meals. Also, a dangerous safety feature I noticed was a cable was sticking out of the ground outside in the carpark, was a clear trip hazard and the electronic box the wires went inside was opened, so any child who might stick their fingers inside might get a nasty shock. Probably won't bother coming back."
