"I’ve taken my Honda Civic into this branch of Halfords for headlight changes on two occasions. This is the first car I’ve owned where I couldn’t perform this task myself as Honda appear to have gone to considerable lengths to make the process nearly impossible for a normally proportioned human being to perform without the aid of an endoscope and specialist surgical tools. On both occasions the staff went to great lengths to complete the job and did so in a professional and courteous manner. £16 fitting charge was definitely value for money in this case."
