Misold a ladies jacket and they refused a refund or an exchange as I did not have the cards that came with the item. Pretty poor policy if I must say. Also have suggested to instore management to organise their clearance secrion upstairs to separate male and female items to prevent any future confusion for customers. They have said they will look into this, so I will look forward to providing an update here on if they actually take on feedback to make the customer experience more easier."
