"Young lad was aloof when i asked where the mirror was to have look...the mirrors are in the worst place you could put them, blocking everyone's way, weird unfriendly atmophere, also, when I went to the cash desks too pay, only to be told she'll be right back with my change, which was over somewhere else in the store - Doesn't seem to have clear roles or customer-care training. Seems a bit of a self-service thing happening...You find a trainer 'On Show', then find it in the 'rack' above or below the trainer - which no one explains or is obvious - then - that the 'Big' printed size on the box is an American size - so you have to look for a size smaller, the get your UK size. Quite a strange shopping experience."
