"3.9 Rating are friends doing the reviews as this store is shocking . I have witnessed 4 or 5 girl staff members a year ago bullying another girl on the shop floor , queue at one point over 20 people and two people serving customers while the rest stood around talking rubbish about personal lives or love Island wannabes , JD need to employ adults and not kids .. Plus if you are waiting on an order do not hold your breath as the store do not seem to see parcels to scan , i rang customer service and they contacted the store and said parcel was not there but 17-20pm i had a text it was , maybe someone had a word . They can not do returns in a proper manner , thinking about it they can stand around just about talking rubbish ... Avoid for your sanity and visit another store that's not run by KIDS ."
