He was polite, empathetic, not pushy and made me feel really valued from the start. No question was too small and he was most appreciative of my requirements re delivery. Such customer service is rare. Also he was NOT pushy at all. I instantly bought this whirplool washing machine - superb value . The package offered for delivery/ fitting & removal of old machine beats anything offered by AO, Currys etc. The delivery was extremely prompt and Adam the Engineer, came prepared to meet my needs; he did not make me feel embarrassed, was very professional, competent and extremely polite. He answered some silly questions from me and was most reassuring. He also made no mess and took great acre when fitting. Adam and Gary - are cut from the cloth and made thsi whole experience stress free!! I have no probelm recommending Halifax Appliances : Their prices and service has been second to none.
