After no contact back from footasylum on there live chat and also the what’s app live chat I decided to take my incomplete order to the Coventry store. Staff were very friendly and helpful and a special thanks to a lad called Brad who was able to find me an alternative product in the same size and exchange it for the single left shoe."

"Great variety of sports clothing. Let down by the staff who seem to be more worried about their appearance than helping you! The young lady on the till had nails so long she couldn't operate the keys! And seemed to spend more time talking to the other ladie on the till than serving. Whilst we we're in the shop several people gave up and left. If staff had better training would have given 5 star for the shop itself."
