"Went to Clark's shoes shop on Tuesday with my daughter and twin granddaughters for their first pair of shoes. Unfortunately we were totally ignored for half an hour i admit the young man was serving a lady when we arrived we took our ticket even though we were the next to be served. I had to sit down being disabled while my daughter took care of the twins .well we waited and waited and still nobody acknowledged us .so we left ."
