"I ordered an egg travel system from the excel baby show 2 weeks ago. I was getting very worried after reading these reviews so I called baby planet and was very happy to hear that my product is is stock and they arranged a delivery for me whilst I was over the phone for this week. Extremely relieved and happy with the service I received. My advice is to contact customer service if you are concerned as they have been very helpful. Update - I have received my order today - on time and in perfect condition- very happy !"

"Have been into the shop several times with my daughter and her partner to try out several pushchairs. All the staff have been very helpful, demonstrating the various buggies etc and allowing us to try them in the car for suitability and size. Just returned today to finally order what my daughter wanted and Diane was very helpful talking through the whole order, delivery options available to me."

"Wrong order was sent to me. The company initially admitted sending out the wrong colour crib. Offered a poor monetary discount, which they refunded, but I did not accept or agree too. It was an insult! I asked for it to be taken further. Got a confrontational customer service call, late afternoon, blaming me for ordering incorrectly. I know what i ordered! I’m 8 months pregnant. I felt attacked, which made me very stressed and upset after the call. No resolution offered. Myself and family members have spent a lot of money recently ordering items from this company, but I will not be buying or recommending this company to anyone else in the future. Feel really disappointed and frustrated! So much for ‘customers are right’ and great customer care/service! This was the worse experience I have ever had to deal with in my life! Shame on you!"

"Great service from the team at Baby Planet Leicester - they were super helpful to a new mum to be. Explaining different equipment and what would be easier to use etc. They also recommended prep machines and discussed events they attend (where you can get discounted costs) Really easy to purchase through an online link as i couldn't get back to the store. Delivery time provided and overall great service! Thankyou all :)"

"A very disappointing experience. Purchased a £700 dresser for a child’s room. Received it damaged with Baby Planet refusing any liability, offering only a £60 refund on the basis that they are bound by what Mamas & Papas are able to do. I would strongly advise anyone wanting to buy from the maker direct or a well known department store where you can trust that customer satisfaction will be equally as important as profit."
