"Great, helpful staff. We came in literally half an hour before closing and still we got a great treatment and managed to buy the shoes we were looking for."
"Waited 30 minutes for my daughter to be measured to be told that we had been instructed to look at the wrong shoes. Being a size 9 she can only wear the smallest shoes which means soft soles, chunky patterns - not what we wanted at all. Clarks need to think about their designs for girls ... not all girls like mermaids and glitter. They should also install signage to notify customers if the sizes available. If this had been there, we wouldn't have wasted our time this morning."
