"Appalling. Zero stars. Took almost 2 months to refund and replace an item after repeated chasing. This lady has a reputation for sending out orders with missing items and for orders "getting lost in the post". Today I discovered that the tracking number I was provided with was also given to several people following my delivery leading me to believe it is a fake number. She has turned off reviews on her Facebook page so I'm putting one here in hope to help out another shopper. Avoid at all costs."

Get blocked on social and emails if you ask about your orders or for a refund for missing orders or wrong items."

Chased after 1 month and was then sent the incorrect (significantly lower value) item which I offered to return but they then stopped communicating with me. Fortunately I had payed via PAYPAL and was able to open a dispute and get a refund. THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE BUSINESS. Use another business who provide good customer service. If you do have to use them USE PAYPAL SO YOU ARE PROTECTED."
