"Absolutely appalling shop. My son aged 13 along with 2 other friends were denied access to the shop, this was purely on their appearance. As I was following close behind when I challenged this they allowed them to enter once they knew I was with them. This is a clear case of discrimination on based on their age and gender which we have laws in place to protect people against. A formal complaint will be made against the store."

"Don’t bother ordering online as they don’t accept returns in store. You will have to send back if not satisfied with order at your own cost. Misleading pictures of garments they have online. Very thin material used and called a winter jacket LOL Your better of placing an online order at JD Sports. I wouldn’t recommend !!!"
