"I visited the Five lane Ends store today 6/9/21 at 15.54pm and I was very impressed with the member of staff who served me. I wanted a black jacket in my size but was sold out in store, but the lovely member of staff called Geneva was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her as she rang round different stores to locate my size in the jacket I wanted! She did find one for me in the end!!! She certainly went the extra mile for me, she deserves a good recognition for her dedication to customer service she needs praise for being credit to the company!!"
