"Terrible customer service the two lady's working there were very rude tried to charge us 50 pounds for a dress which had a price tag for 20 when we did not buy told us to get out they are cheating their customers"
"This is an awful shop! All I can say is I still have nightmares over my wedding outfits. They didnt arrive on time and when they did finally arrive a week before my wedding there were stones missing and it was dirty! To top it off a complete different colour! The husband and wife team were sooooo rude. Shouting and screaming when i said he was lying to me about timescale and the colours I ordered. Complete joke! Also we must have spent over 3k in this shop buying my husbands outfits and my 2 wedding dresses. In the end i went across the road to yamanis and brought lovely reception dress with no drama and matched timescale. Honestly think first lady is such a joke!"
"I like this shop. All the selling staff are very friendly, specially the owner lady is so nice. I am visiting this shop with my wife so many years. The owner lady treat me like her brother and the way she treat me and my wife we are so pleased on her. Whenever I visit First Lady Belgrave Road Leicester I always ask first where is my sister. This is the great example of good relation with customer. She never ever charge us extra, always give us good advice. I personally like this shop and wish more success of the business."
"Do not buy anything from here. The owners promised so much about quality, design, arrival date and time after time we were disappointed. So much emotional distress for my family and I for the biggest occasion of my life. The outfits arrived more than a month after they were initially promised but week after week the owners said they would arrive but never did. In fact on one occasion they presented an outfit that was supposed to be ours which was completey different so they are obviously so disorganised. Eventually they came and were stitched badly, did not meet the originally descriptions given, the wrong colour and of very poor quality. We had paid hundreds of pounds. I have never visited a more dishonest shop with staff who fabricate stories so much. After so much distress we finally got a refund with hardly any time left for the wedding. One measly apology and that was it. So saddened"
"Worst dress company ever bought with. They demanded money upfront. We specifically gave them a date to get the dresses done by which was atleast 6weeks in advance. Dress was finally made! Oh but no... dress was the wrong measurement. Also one dress was not even made on time! Had to pick it up after wedding... they did not show any sympathy and did business with a cheeky and disgusting attutide. Would never buy from here again, wedding day was almost ruined because of this business. Would Avoid at all costs! Good luck buying guys"
