"I'm disappointed as I love yours clothes and I always enjoyed visiting this store but since the lovely manager is no longer here the staff are rubbish. I went in to buy a coat and it was quiet. the lady working didn't move from the till and was having a conversation with her son about how she was on her own and her staff called in sick. Fair enough i then asked for help on some items and was very unhelpful. Brought a coat and paid and the lady Who served me didn't even say the word thank you. I mean what has happened to being friendly and nice? It just spoiled my shop there as I used to love it when the other lady was here. Will be using the town branch now. I'm a size 28 and all my clothes is from yours so the least you expect is a little but of manners and helpfulness. Come on guys cheer up and try and make the shop welcoming a bit!"
