"Took my 91 yo mother-in-law this afternoon for a hearing test. Alina the audiologist was patient and professional. Making sure we understood every aspect. I would also like to mention that M-i-L had new glasses about 2 months ago but wasn't getting on with separate glasses for distance and reading. The lenses have been swapped for bifocals, no problem. Everyone we met at Specsavers in The Mall was brilliant. Helpful, patient and caring."
