"This is my usual and I class myself as a regular probably using 8 to 10 times a year. Food has always been fantastic, but last night was awful. Don't know why but it was obviously a different chef preparing the meals, the meat had far too much corn flour on it which gave all the sauces a gloopy consistency and severely lacking in taste, the chicken balls were too doughey and even the young chow fried rice was not the same. Hope the reason is just that the chef is away on holiday or else I will have to find a new Chinese take away."
